All staff were very good. Food was excellent. Location and grounds excellent. More group discussions classes would be welcome.

Nurses were very attentive. Room was clean and felt safe. Groups and majority I learnt a lot from although some seemed repetitive.

"Nursing staff are amazing. Friendly, supporting and always there to help. Caring staff.
My doctor was amazing and very supportive and caring. Lovely environment to be in. Great choice of food."

"Attentive, caring, flexible.
Superb nursing.
House keeping, maintenance, gardener and chef were brilliant.

"The nurses level of care and genuine support - as well as my doctor, kindness and humility.
The food was delicious and varied.
I would have preferred a longer reflective group (maybe 1.5 hrs?) to allow more time for people to have a deeper level of reflection."

The nurse was fantastic, she put me at ease straight away and really helped me in my recovery! I found the clinic clear and lovely. I think the nurses should really take care in getting people their medication as they messed this up a lot while I was staying here and I think that's really dangerous and very unprofessional. Also it would have been nice if the nurses before as I was woken up a few times not knowing I was meant to see my doctor.

"I've had an amazing, nurturing experience, my key nurses have been really caring and attentive. It's been a journey and I just hope I can use all my skills I've learned here and actually put them into practice.

I enjoyed the 'breaks' between sessions such as arts and crafts/mindfulness. Food was good. Loved the grounds to have small walks/smoke shelter. Nurses were great and supportive. They created a great after plan and you get a good amount of freedom. Also enjoyed massages. The nurse was great.

The nurses were always there when I needed help. They're all very attentive and able to give support, the nurses from the day team in particular. All the night staff were very helpful bringing medication to me in bed. My psychiatrist and psychologist were also excellent in the care they provided for me. Food great, too. Only improvement I would suggest is a better gym.

Thank you for your feedback, it is really useful to us. We provide the gym equipment to aid recovery as physical health is as important as mental health. We are limited by space and Health & Safety restrictions.
